Hearthstone Ridge is made up of seven phases, spread over 470 acres with 209 parcels surveyed and recorded. Each lot offered has been "perc" tested by the county health department, who then issued us septic permits, now on file for every parcel we sell. Roads are paved, every lot has power, telephone and fiber-optic cable run to the property's edges. The parcels are sold "as-is" meaning the tap-in to phone, power, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer, including any construction, and the installation of a well and septic system.

Located six miles north of the quaint town of Rutherfordton, Hearthstone Ridge is convenient to grocery stores, award-winning healthcare, banks, schools and churches. All are about a ten minute drive away from this beautiful property, while it's only fifteen to twenty minutes to the Lake Lure / Chimney Rock area. Phase 1 of Hearthstone Ridge opened in July 2007, and our final Phase 7 opened in September of 2011. The new section features stunning mountain views, many homesites include a beautiful view of the valley below, and each parcel includes well and septic permits issued from the county's health department.
