Also available are the loan applications and land purchase contract. One form that may need a little more explaining is the Working With Real Estate Agents "brochure", which is a document required by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. It explains the roll of a real estate professional toward his/her clients and customers. We encourage reading it.
